Suspension of the freeze on the “Tax Status” Consultation platform
In connection with the Ministry of Finance’s upcoming implementation of the new TRIBU-CR system, a temporary freeze had been previously announced on the information available through the “Tax Status” consultation platform, scheduled from July 18 through August 3, 2025.
However, the Administrative Court has issued an urgent provisional injunction ordering the Ministry to suspend this freeze while the underlying matter is resolved.
As a result, taxpayers will retain uninterrupted access to their tax status information, avoiding delays in processes such as tax exemptions, public tenders, municipal permits, among others.
This decision was officially communicated by the Ministry of Finance through Official Notice CP-39-2025, dated Thursday, June 26, 2025.
