Ana Sáenz

Ana is a Partner in the Legal area of BDO Costa Rica. She brings over 15 years of experience leading corporate advisory processes for both national and international firms. Her practice is focused on managing complex transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, establishing a business, franchising, foreign investment, and wealth structuring.

She has a strong track record in corporate, commercial, administrative (with an emphasis on public procurement), and regulatory law. Ana regularly advises some of Costa Rica’s most prominent private companies, as well as international firms operating in the country. Her results-driven approach enables her to anticipate risks and design legal solutions that align with her clients' business objectives.

Ana is known for her ability to define clear paths for implementing legal solutions and offer business-friendly alternatives that support sound decision-making.

She is a Juris Doctor, a Notary Public, and is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the National Notary Directorate.
