Paola Naranjo

Paola is a Legal Manager in the corporate practice area at BDO Costa Rica. She has extensive experience in commercial law, notarial practices, strategic negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Paola is experienced in business structuring and development. She currently leads BDO Costa Rica’s Onboarding Services, coordinating and executing the processes enabling companies to establish operations in the country efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.

She stands out for her commitment to innovation and implementation of agile methodologies. Paola focuses on delivering creative solutions to legal challenges by leveraging project management tools and legal technology to optimize results. Her expertise covers corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, notarial law, and free trade zone regulations.

Paola is a Juris Doctor with a specialization in Notarial and Registry Law. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management at the University of São Paulo and is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and the National Directorate of Notaries.
