Ricardo has advised both local and multinational companies on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as on valuation, financial structuring, and investment readiness. His industry experience spans logistics, quick-service restaurants (QSR), healthcare services, construction and real estate development, retail and consumer goods, technology, and agribusiness.

He holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and has furthered his executive education through programs at INCAE Business School, Harvard Business School, and Wharton School.
