Corporate Lawyer
What you'll do
You'll work closely with international clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, and business establishment and expansion projects under the traditional regime or free trade zone regime. You'll play a key role in identifying legal risks, researching regulations, and developing clear, actionable recommendations for the business.What we're looking for
- Law degree, duly admitted to the Costa Rican Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas)
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
- Preferred: 1 to 2 years of experience as a senior legal assistant, trainee lawyer, or associate at a law firm
- Advanced/bilingual English, both written and spoken
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Strong client and business-oriented mindset
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
