What you'll do: You'll take full ownership of technology solutions — from understanding client needs to designing, building, and rolling out powerful tools using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). You'll apply AI (Copilot Studio, Azure AI, LLMs) to drive real efficiencies, build dashboards and data models that support smart decision-making, and work with Microsoft Fabric to centralize and prepare data for analysis. You'll also help grow our Digital practice by building relationships across the industry and spotting new business opportunities.

 

The toolbox you'll work with:

• Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Artificial Intelligence: Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Service, LLM integration, and cognitive automation
• Data Analytics & Data Science: data modeling (relational, dimensional, semantic), advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks), and statistics/predictive modeling foundations
• Data extraction, transformation & loading (ETL/ELT): Power Query and Dataflows, Data Factory/Fabric Pipelines, database connectors, REST APIs, and flat files
• Low-code/no-code development, with basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Power Fx, SQL)
• System integration through connectors, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Technical documentation and version control (ALM), along with data governance and security best practices
• Nice to have: Azure, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, Python or R, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

 

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, plus:
• 5+ years of experience in systems development or functional/technical analysis
• At least 2 years working hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience in Data Analytics, data modeling, and building executive dashboards in Power BI
• Experience implementing AI or intelligent automation solutions in enterprise settings
• Intermediate–advanced English
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, AI-102, DP-600, DP-100) are a plus
