National Registry Enables the Email Self-Management System (ACE)
Through Circular DGL-003-2026 dated September 2, 2026, the General Directorate of the National Registry announced that, as of September 20, 2026, the Email Self-Management System (Autogestión de Correos Electrónicos - ACE) will become operational.
At BDO, we are available to advise you on compliance with this new legal requirement and to assist you throughout the process.
Key points to consider
- Self-management now available: As of September 20, 2026, legal representatives may register, modify, or correct their company's email address directly online, without the need for additional notarial procedures.
- System access: Access will be through a certified digital signature, on the website www.rnpdigital.com, within the online services section.
- Automatic sworn statement: Once the company is selected, the system will generate an electronic sworn statement, which must be digitally signed to complete the process.
- Fee exemption: Filings made through ACE will not require publication in the Official Gazette and will be exempt from stamp duties and fees until December 3, 2027.
- Notarial route: Remains available as an alternative, through a public deed or a protocolized shareholders' meeting resolution, for those who prefer that method.
