Deadline extension for declaration of Register of Transparency and Ultimate Beneficiary Owners
We inform you that in La Gaceta number 119 of July 1st of the current year, the the General Tax Administration (Dirección General de Tributación) and the Costa Rican Narcotics Institute (Instituto Costarricense Sobre Drogas) moved the ordinary period for UBO declarations to next October. This is due to the upcoming publication of a new Joint Resolution and the consequent modifications that will be made in the Central Directo page, the means by which the respective declarations are sent.
